Returns and Refunds Policy:

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. by emailing us at: return@grindandchill.com.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the transaction, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Return Conditions:
To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
The item is in its original packaging.
The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom-made or personalized goods.
Items that are liable to deteriorate quickly, or whose expiry date has passed.
Items that for reasons of health or hygiene are not suitable for return and were unsealed after delivery.
Items that, after delivery and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions. We will assess returns at our discretion.

Return of Goods:
The customer is responsible for the costs and risks associated with returning the goods to us. The item should be sent to the following address:

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit during the return process. Therefore, we recommend using insured and trackable postal services. We cannot issue refunds if we do not receive the goods or confirmation of receipt of the return shipment.
